This is a recipe I tweeked and has become a staple in our home. My kids love this recipe.
8 ounces Cream Cheese
2 cups Shredded Cheese
3 cups crushed Nachos (Generic can be used as well)
1 cup Corn
1 cup Black Beans
4-5 Large Chichen Breasts (thaw and cubed)
1 Onion Cut
1 can of Rotel (mild or spicey, your choice)
combine all ingredients, stir, add a thin layer of Doritos and shredded cheese to the top, cook on low 6 hours or high 4 hours.
